OLPH Elementary & Middle School Faith Formation

The K–8 Faith Formation program at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish exists to support families in raising children who know, love, and follow Jesus Christ. We believe that parents are the primary catechists of their children, and our program is here to assist and accompany them in that sacred responsibility. Through engaging catechesis, prayer, Scripture, and preparation for the sacraments, we help children deepen their understanding of the Catholic faith. Regular participation at Sunday Mass is an essential part of faith formation, as the Eucharist is the source and summit of our Christian life. Together, as a parish family, we partner with parents to foster lifelong disciples who live out their faith with joy and conviction.

2026 - 2027 Registration is now open for Elementary and Middle School Faith Formation!

At Our Lady of Perpetual Help, we believe that parents are the primary formators of their children’s Catholic faith. Our parish program is here to support, encourage, and equip families as they help their children grow in faith, prayer, love for the Sacraments, and friendship with Jesus Christ.

Faith Formation is more than a class. It is a partnership between the parish and the home. Through age-appropriate lessons, sacramental preparation, community, and family support, we want each child to know that they are loved by God and called to live as a disciple of Christ.
