At Our Lady of Perpetual Help, we uphold the conviction that the journey of faith formation is ongoing throughout one’s life. We provide a diverse array of programs tailored to individuals at every stage of life. Our Sacramental preparation programs span two years. Registration is now open!

K – 8 & First Communion Faith Formation 2025-2026 registration is now open!

*First Communion candidates who will receive their sacrament at the end of the year (May 2026), have an additional $60 fee. It covers the material, parish facility expenses, and resources for the sacrament.

Once online registrations have been received, an email will be sent with your total.
Cash or Check payments may be made at the parish office. Online payments can be made at the OLPH Giving Website by clicking on “Registration Fees K-12” from the drop down menu.
Register Your Child

K- 5th Class Schedule

K–5 Faith Formation students meet in the Social Center at 10:30 AM. After check-in, students will be dismissed from the Social Center to their assigned classrooms.

Class time runs from 10:30 AM to 11:45 AM.

Parent Pickup Requirement:

Parents and guardians are required to pick up their children promptly at 11:45 AM from their designated classroom. Children may not be escorted to the church by catechists or parish staff.
